1. Deposit

We require a 50% deposit with a credit card to secure your reservation. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

2. Cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed reservation and the dates can be rebooked for the same time period and price, there will be a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. If the dates cannot be rebooked, we will retain the entire reservation amount, as taking the property off the market may keep it from being rented during our short season. If that amount is not yet held by Courtyard suites, your credit card will be charged at the tie of cancellation and any amount refunded will be credited at the time of rebooking. Courtyard Suites will make every effort to rebook the vacation rental that you reserved.

3. Weekly Rentals

For stays of five or more nights, we will reduce our published rates by 10% per night. These extended stays require at the time of booking, a deposit equal 50% of the total balance, and the remaining balance is does and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. All rates are subject to change.

4. Holiday Rentals

Rooms booked during any Holiday period must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refunds if the reservations are cancelled unless the room can be re-booked. There will be a $75.00 handling fee.

Holiday dates are: Easter weekend, four-day Memorial weekend, July 1st through July 6th, four-day Labor day weekend, Thanksgiving wee, and December 21st to January 2nd.

5. Check in /Check out

Check in time is after 4pm. You will receive a key code for the lock box next to the door with you reservation confirmation.

Check out time is 11am. Please leave keys in the lock box.

6. Children

Children are welcome with close supervision.

7. Pet Policy

One quiet pet is welcome with a $25 cleaning fee. We do reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage caused by a pet.

8. Damages

There will be no additional charges, provided premises are left undamaged with all inventory intact, no excessive cleaning is required, keys are left at the property on the day of departure and all financial responsibilities have been met. If this is not the case, the appropriate charges will be made against your credit card and an itemized statement will be provided.

9. Parking

Courtyard Suites is just steps away from Friday Harbor Ferry landing! There is also one parking space per Suite, they are marked Reserved#2, and Reserved #4 in the parking lot behind 120 Nichols street. Limited street parking is available in Friday Harbor. It can be convenient to leave your car in Anacortes and rent one over here or walk!

10. Guest Charges

There will be a $10.00 per night charge for over two people.

11. The fine print

Courtyard Suites is a self-sufficient vacation rental, there is no daily housekeeping. Additional linens can be provided upon request with sufficient notice. Courtyard Suites, Friday Harbor is locally owned and operated, it is not affiliated with Marriott.
